The Design Process

The design process starts with a meeting with our potential customers. After discussing their wants, needs & likes, Shawn takes that information and puts it onto paper in the form of a design. Shawn spends lots of time working and reworking a design until he feels that it is a perfect match for the customer and their home. After the design is complete, I take that work and color and label it so that the customer can see more clearly what it is going to look like. Shawn then takes it back to the customer for approval. Both Shawn and I spent hours upon hours in school learning the correct way to design a landscape. The 18 years since then has improved our vision and expertise in the process.

The Snow is Melting!

It's supposed to 45 degrees today.  You know what that means, the snow is melting and Spring is just around the corner.  That means green grass, gardening & sunshine.  Yahoo!  Shawn has been blowing the snow off Madison High School Ball diamonds the past 2 days and baseball means Spring is here (although he is blowing 18" to 20" of snow off which means that's still ALOT of snow to melt so maybe it's around two corners!

Fire pits

It's about 9:00 pm on a warm summer evening.  The family is together and what better way to spend it than sitting by the fire.  Only this fire is just out back on the patio.  You can roast marsh mellows or just sit and enjoy family and friends on a summer evening.  PARADISE.  We install all varieties of fire pits to fit your needs and personality.

Gas fire pits on your patio with lots of comfortable seating.  Gas fire pits are great because there is no smoke and they turn on with a switch.
When we install a gas fire pit it looks very natural.  It is hard to tell the difference between gas & wood.

This is a wood fire pit and flagstone patio.  It is built away from the house a little, but still close enough to enjoy it.
We build fire pits with different materials to suit your needs and personality.

Bringing nature to your backyard

A waterfall is a beautiful addition to your yard.  Imagine as you sit and listen to the water as it falls over the rocks and transports you into another world of quiet and relaxation.  There are many kinds of waterfalls.....
Pondless waterfalls are a safe way to have a waterfall without any danger of children getting in them.
Specialty water features are a modern way to add water to your landscape.

The rocks used in your waterfall and the flow of water make a difference.

What could be better than to have a waterfall right next to your deck or patio?

It doesn't need to large to add quality and peace to your life.
